On the palate

Made from 50-year-old White Frontignac (Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains) vines hand harvested from the Follett family estate on the shores of Lake Alexandrina in Langhorne Creek. The Moscato style is crafted by arresting fermentation early to retain natural sweetness and produce a delicate frizzante sparkle. An uplifting grapey bouquet with elements of orange blossom, musk, lychee sweetness and a ginger spice top note. The palate is light and refreshing with a delicate balance of grapey sweetness and bright natural acidity, the fine perlage creating a lively, clean finish. 95 points, Halliday Wine Companion 2027.
