On the palate

This classic, full-flavoured Shiraz was created using a combination of old vine fruit and careful winemaking from the Follett family estate. Grapes from the old vines were nurtured in small open fermenters before maturing in French oak for 15 months. The result is a rich, velvety-textured wine which shows a lifted floral bouquet with elements of spice, dark berries and chocolate. The palate is full-bodied with ripe dark fruit, silky tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Gold medal, Langhorne Creek 2026 Wine Show. Drink now or cellar with confidence for up to 10 years.
