Mezcal artesanal from Oaxaca, made from 100% Espadín agave and bottled young (joven). Legendario Domingo works with small family palenques, and the Clásico is its everyday Espadín: cooked agave, light smoke and green pepper, soft enough to drink neat and priced for the cocktail list.
