On the palate
Slightly developed pale gold. Fresh and aromatic on the nose with notes of dried
flowers, nuts, quince and spice. Complex and textural on the palate with hints of nuts,
stone fruits, pear and heather with the acidity adding a citrus complexity .The finish is
long and dry with a touch of salinity and minerality.
