Description
55.5 % Viognier, 16 % Roussanne, 15 % Marsanne, 10 % Grenache Blanc, 3.5 % Clairette, whole-bunch pressed, then cool-fermented in stainless steel, without malolactic conversion. Matured on fine lees for a few months and bottled in the February following vintage.
