On the palate

Made from certified organic Macabeo grapes, primarily grown within the limits of DO Manchuela between 600 and 700 metres above sea level, with a small portion of Airen rounding out the blend. Vinified in stainless steel to retain maximum freshness and varietal purity. An easy-drinking, fruit-forward white with notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers, balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. A reliable, accessible everyday organic white from one of Spain's most respected family winemaking dynasties.
