Saint Max Provence Rosé 2024 — a dry Provençal rosé from the MAX portfolio, current-vintage and fresh from the 2024 harvest.
Made from Grenache and Cinsault from Provence; direct-press rosé cool-fermented in stainless steel for the pale, dry style of the appellation.
Nose: Pale citrus, white peach, light summer-fruit and soft dried herb. Palate: Dry, fresh rosé with clean acidity and a fine mineral texture. Finish: Bright, citrus-and-peach, clean.
Pairing: Aperitif service, bouillabaisse, grilled fish, summer salads and tapenade; a working current-vintage Provence rosé for by-the-glass programs.
