Turon LTD Chardonnay 2024

From a single high-altitude vineyard at 580 metres above sea level in Lenswood — a site Turon White regards as one of the Adelaide Hills' true grand cru parcels, farmed thoughtfully and sustainably. Hand-picked and fermented in large format French oak with native yeast, the wine is matured on lees with regular batonnage before bottling with minimal intervention. The 2024 shows immaculate precision and depth — pure and tightly wound with aromas of lemon, lime, white peach and pear integrating seamlessly with subtle toasty oak. The palate is concentrated and energetic with great tension and layered complexity, a creamy mid-palate and a long, vibrant mineral finish. One of the Adelaide Hills' benchmark single-vineyard Chardonnays.
