"Mas Pere works vineyards in the Côtes Catalanes IGP, in the Roussillon region between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean coast. The Roussillon's hot, dry climate and schist and limestone hillsides suit Mediterranean varieties; Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Macabeu and Grenache Blanc make up the bulk of plantings across the wider region.
