Description
Vinaceous Salome Tempranillo Rosé — a Tempranillo-based rosé in the cocktail-art-labelled range, drawing on WA fruit.
Made by the Vinaceous virtual-winery brand drawing on Margaret River and Great Southern fruit in Western Australia. The label range (Burlesque, Salome, Snake Charmer, Voodoo Moon, Red Right Hand) is set as a deliberate non-traditional cocktail-art identity. Direct-press Tempranillo rosé, cool-fermented in stainless steel for a dry, savoury-leaning style.
Nose: Strawberry, redcurrant, soft white-flower. Palate: Dry, fresh red-fruit weight with savoury Tempranillo lift. Finish: Bright, dry, fruit-led.
Pairing: Summer salads, charcuterie, grilled fish, paella; a working Iberian-style dry rosé for cellar lists.
