Yamazakura Asaka Single Malt is a refined Japanese whisky crafted at the Asaka Distillery in Fukushima Prefecture.
Distilled entirely from malted barley, it undergoes a double distillation process in traditional pot stills. Aged for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky develops a harmonious balance of sweetness and malt character. The flavor profile features notes of honey, citrus, vanilla, and floral hints, complemented by a subtle peppery finish.
