Trimbach is a Ribeauville (Alsace) wine estate and negociant founded in 1626 one of the oldest continuously operating wine houses in the region, and the Alsatian producer most widely distributed internationally. The Trimbach style is defined by dryness and precision: their Rieslings in particular are made in a bone-dry, mineral, age-oriented style that contrasts with the sometimes sweeter, more aromatic house styles produced by other top Alsatian estates.
