Description
Trimbach Pinot Blanc — the house's approachable entry-tier white, a dry Pinot Blanc for aperitif and by-the-glass use in the classic Trimbach house style.
Made at Maison Trimbach in Ribeauvillé (Alsace), a family house founded in 1626 and now run by the 13th generation; Trimbach produces across the full Alsace variety spectrum with the house's reputation built on dry, mineral Riesling — including the well-regarded Clos Sainte Hune — alongside Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris. Pinot Blanc (with Auxerrois) from around Ribeauvillé; fermented dry in stainless steel for freshness and early-drinking accessibility.
Nose: Fresh apple, white peach, light citrus and soft floral notes. Palate: Dry, round Pinot Blanc with clean acidity and easy fruit weight. Finish: Bright, fruit-led, clean.
Pairing: Aperitif service, charcuterie, quiche Lorraine, tarte flambée and light Alsatian dishes; a working entry-tier Alsace white for house-pour programs.
