Vodka

Bouchon's vodka range is entirely Australian no Eastern European grain vodka appears in the catalogue, which reflects a deliberate selection logic: the products stocked are primarily distinguished by raw material or production approach rather than neutral-grain category positioning. Hartshorn Distillery (Cradle Coast, Tasmania) produces its vodka from sheep whey a byproduct of cheesemaking at the adjacent Grandvewe Cheeses farm which gives a distinct slightly savoury, creamy texture that diverges completely from conventional grain vodka character.

The range includes expressions from Nosferatu Distillery (Melbourne) and Antipodes, both positioning as grain-based craft Australian vodka for on-premise and cocktail use. For programs building an all-Australian spirits list or a vodka category with a genuine provenance story, Hartshorn's sheep whey origin is the primary differentiator.

Build

60 ml Dry gin (or vodka)
5 ml Mette Truffle eau-de-vie
10 ml Dry vermouth
Garnish: olive on a pick, or a paper-thin truffle shaving (rare/luxe)
Method

Stir gin (or vodka), truffle eau-de-vie and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice for 25 seconds. Strain into a chilled, deeply frozen martini glass. Garnish minimally — a single Castelvetrano olive, or a real truffle shaving if the occasion warrants. Five millilitres of truffle eau-de-vie is enough to perfume the whole drink. Trust the restraint.

Build

60ml Blueberry and Lemon Zinger infused Vodka
30ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
30ml Lillet Blanc
15ml Honey Sage Simple Syrup
Method

Combine all ingredients except mint, blueberries and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Add mint and blueberries and muddle for 10-15 seconds. Add egg white and a generous amount of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and add crushed ice. Garnish with mint and enjoy!

1/2 cup of your favourite Creamy Liqueur
30ml Vodka
Method

Add Liqueur and broken candy canes to a jar. Infuse for 30 mins to an hour, shaking periodically. Strain Add candy cane-infused Liqueur and vodka to a cocktail tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into 2 rocks glasses over crushed ice. Top with crushed candy cane.

10ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml @cointreau_au
30ml @republic_of_fremantle Vodka
30ml @limonio_liquori Limoncello Liqueur
Method

Garnish: Sugar Rim & Lemon Slice Rim coupe with lemon and sugar, set aside. In a shaker add raspberries and lemon juice and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into coupe and garnish with a lemon slice. Cheers!
