Our pure vodka is distilled a bunch of times before being filtered through a pile of ram horns and a woollen jumper knitted by my nan to ensure that you get the best sheep juice hitting your tonsils. Our Pure vodka is very different to our black range vodka. The Pure vodka is designed to work great in all your favourite cocktails where vodka does not need to be the hero. Unlike our black range vodka, this is designed to have a neutral flavour with very little aromatics and minimal texture on the palate.

30 ml Crème de Cacao (dark)
15 ml Double cream
Garnish: chocolate shavings or cocoa-rimmed glassMethod
Rim a chilled coupe with cocoa powder (optional).
Combine vodka, crème de cacao and cream in a shaker with ice.
Shake hard for 10 seconds.
Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with chocolate shavings.
