Angelo Negro Barbera d'Alba DOC 2023 — a fresh, fruit-driven Barbera from the Roero estate's Langhe holdings, in the lighter and food-friendly Alba style.

Made by Angelo Negro & Figli, a family estate based in Monteu Roero in the Roero DOCG zone, across the Tanaro river from the Langhe; the estate farms the Roero hills and also sources fruit from the Serralunga d'Alba commune for Barolo. Barbera d'Alba DOC from vineyards in the Roero and Langhe; fermented in stainless steel and briefly aged to preserve Barbera's vivid acidity and bright cherry fruit.
