On the palate

Poiré comes mainly from pears from the Domfront region, made from the know-how of maceration and successive fermentations. Fresh and fruity, a nose with aromas of slightly cooked pears, combining acidity and fruity. Ideal for your aperitif moments with friends and desserts. Blend of sweet/sour pears.

This beautiful cider is truly a traditional French Cider. Lower in alcohol levels than most Australian ciders, you'll find this smoother to drink.

Silver Medal in 2011 at the Concours Agricole de Paris.
