Prunes with armagnac are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, made it possible to preserve the surplus harvest. Made from slightly dried plums of Ente, the preparation of our prunes has remained artisanal: the flavor of the fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of armagnac, and slightly sweet.
