Falesco Chardonnay 2023

"The Cotarella brothers founded Falesco in 1979 at Montefiascone, on the volcanic shores of Lake Bolsena where the Lazio–Umbria border runs. Riccardo Cotarella is among the most widely-known consulting winemakers in Italy, and Falesco was set up as the family's own producing estate alongside that consulting practice. His brother Renzo manages winemaking, and Riccardo's daughter Dominga has progressively taken on day-to-day management.

Seafood, grilled white fish, light pasta with cream, mozzarella and aperitif service; a working by-the-glass Lazio white for cellar and restaurant programs.
