"The Cotarella brothers founded Falesco in 1979 at Montefiascone, on the volcanic shores of Lake Bolsena where the Lazio–Umbria border runs. Riccardo Cotarella is among the most widely-known consulting winemakers in Italy, and Falesco was set up as the family's own producing estate alongside that consulting practice. His brother Renzo manages winemaking, and Riccardo's daughter Dominga has progressively taken on day-to-day management.

Aperitif service, grilled fish, antipasti, light pasta and soft cheeses; a working by-the-glass central Italian rosé for all-day service.
