Moorilla Muse Extra Brut Rose 2018

"Claudio Alcorso, an Italian textile designer who had emigrated to Tasmania in 1939, planted Moorilla in 1958 — among the first vinifera plantings in the state. The vineyard sits on a peninsula on the Derwent River, fifteen minutes north of central Hobart. David Walsh purchased the property in 1995 and built the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) on the same headland, which opened to the public in January 2011.

Cellar-list sparkling rosé; pairs with cured fish, smoked salmon, aperitif service; lay down 5–10 years.
