Made at Port Phillip Estate in Red Hill (Mornington Peninsula, Victoria), on the volcanic-loam home block with additional fruit from Balnarring and Tuerong; the Quartier sub-label runs as a celebration of Mornington Peninsula sub-regional terroir. Cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve the cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc profile.
Nose: Passionfruit, lifted citrus, soft elderflower, white-flower. Palate: Bright tropical-fruit weight balanced by Mornington acidity. Finish: Crisp, fresh, citrus-led.
