Delord
Bas-Armagnac (Lannepax, Gascony) · Est. 1893
Maison Delord has worked the same Bas-Armagnac village of Lannepax since 1893, when Prosper Delord set up after years as a travelling cellar-master, rolling his copper alembic from farm to farm each winter. Four generations on, the cellars hold vintages back to 1900 — a near-unbroken vertical of twentieth-century Gascon spirit. The current Sylvain and Jérôme Delord generation acquired the ancestral Galaubas estate in 2020 and launched the house's first organic Bas-Armagnac. The depth of the vintage cellar is the heart of the listing.
