45ml Mezcal
15ml Blue Curaçao
22ml Lime Juice
7ml Peach Liqueur
9ml Cinnamon Syrup
22ml Chilled Water

Method

Garnish: Orange Zest Twist or Flower Shake all ingredients (except garnish) with ice and double strain into a coupe glass, chilled if possible. Garnish with orange zest twist for a bit of extra 🍊 or a flower. Cheers! Photo credit: @sippingwithstella

30ml Fifty Pounds Gin
25ml De Kuyper Peach Liqueur
10ml Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur
10ml Monin Lavender Syrup
200ml London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda
2-3 dashes Peach Bitter

Method

Build directly in your glass with plenty of ice. Give a gentle stir and drop some juniper berries in the mix. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel. Serve with a glass straw.

Method

Garnish: Caramelised Peach halve (sugar, butter, lemon juice & pinch of salt and cinnamon) Shake with ice for 20 secs, remove ice, shave for 30-40 secs, double strain into a chilled glass (coupe or on the rocks in a tumbler)
