Henri Bardouin Pastis is considered by many to be one of the finest exrpressions of Grand Cru Pastis produced in France today.
\nTraditional and modern techniques see over 50 plants, herbs and spices, sourced mostly from Provence, combined and distilled to create a liqueur of great complexity and balance.
\nBest served with a good measure of chilled, filtered water (1 to 7 recommended) to create a refreshing, aromatic drink.
\nAdd grenadine for a "tomate", mint syrup for a "peroquet" and orgeat/ almond syrup for a "morresque".
